Investment

Therapy is an investment in all aspects of your life. We are all comprised of a large amount of parts. When one part is not functioning properly, it compromises the entire well-being of the individual. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that mental health be prioritized and cultivated.

Insurance

You will need to decide if you want to utilize insurance benefits to pay for therapy.  As a courtesy, I will verify benefits prior to your appointment, and advise you if you will be financially responsible for any portion of the session. However, I highly recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about mental health benefits and to learn about your deductible and co-payment responsibilities. I am currently a provider in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Nebraska Total Care, Optum Health, United Healthcare, UMR, and Well Care.

There are many benefits to paying out of pocket for therapy, and I do offer a discounted rate for clients who decide to pay privately.
